He filed a $100 Million lawsuit against the school system in order "To stop this happening
again."
New Haven, Connecticut-based attorney Irving Pinsky made that claim while
appearing on CNN.
"Pinsky, hired by the family of an unidentified six-year-old
girl who survived the attack, said 20-year-old Adam Lanza's
assault was a "foreseeable event and officials failed to prevent
it."
I think that is disgusting, self-serving crap and I hope he gets all the barbs and arrows he deserves. He withdrew the suit after the outcry from the public, but says he might refile one in the future.
